Cousin Ricky Peardon was chosen out of some of the funniest people in the South for CMT’s 20 Most OUTRAGEOUS Motorsports Show and CMT's 20 Greatest Redneck Moments II. He was invited to The Las Vegas Comedy Festival where he was a finalist and picked as "Best of the Road Comic!" At The Bijou Theater in Knoxville, Tennessee he stars in the filming of The Dirt Poor Comedy Tour to be released this year. Cousin Ricky has written several televison scripts, a TV pilot, and is currently working on a book.

He was born in Haletown, Tennessee located just 20 miles from Chattanooga. His rural family upbringing, construction background as an ironworker, and motorcycle riding give him the roots of his truly hilarious comedic character. Cousin Ricky’s brilliant writing ability and stage presence helps to set him apart.

His professional stand-up career began in January 1998 at The Comedy Catch in Chattanooga, TN. Cousin Ricky headlines major venues including: The Comedy Catch; The Stardome in Birmingham, AL; The Comedy Caravan in Louisville, KY; Comedy Zones across the USA, and other top clubs across the country. He is also a favorite entertainer at private, corporate, and motorcycle events.

Ricky Peardon was chosen out of some of the FUNNIEST people in the SOUTH for THE DIRT POOR COMEDY TOUR.  He was invited to THE LAS VEGAS COMEDY FESTIVAL!  Ricky was a finalist in Vegas and picked as "Best of the Road Comic!"

Ricky has worked with numerous comedians including Tim Wilson, Killer Beaz, Vic Henley, Etta May, Billy Gardell, Mo Alexander, Mickey Dean, Basille, Jerry Farber, and Janet Williams. Ricky has been invited to open for top names such as “Saturday Night Live’s” Victoria Jackson and Tracy Morgan, Blake Clark from the popular TV show “Home Improvement”, Ron White of “The Blue Collar Comedy Tour”, and “Insomniac’s” Dave Attell. 

He and his buddy Big Ed Caylor currently travel the country doing their Comedy Duo "HICKSgoneWILD!" tour.  They have crowds rolling when they finish the show with Ricky's comedic song, "Red Rap...Who's Your Cousin?"  Contact Ricky for booking information.
